This is a simple and yummy recipe. I bought the Prosciutto from Costco and the burger bun from Target. Flipped both the top and bottom bun so the inside touches the grill to get the grill mark and warm them up so the cheese can melt a bit. Prosciutto can be hard to handle at times. I use the plastic sheet to help me roll to avoid breaking up. Once it is in the form you want, then pull the plastic sheet backward. To add a little trace of tender love care, I tugged a disposable glove next to the bun so my kids can eat it as they step into the car without washing hands. They love it. You can also put the bun in the lunch box with compartment and add colorful fruits to make the presentation more appealing.

For the ones who need breakfast on the go. This one is very yum. It's salty instead of sweet. I got it from Ranch 99 a while ago. Individually wrapped.

This is a 10 minute recipe. Perfect for the end of the long day when you don't really want to cook and don't want to dine out either.
